Terms & Conditions — Complete Guidelines for Using Xabaje

1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Xabaje platform and all its services. By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on Xabaje, you are considered to have accepted these terms.

Xabaje is an internationally licensed online gaming platform committed to providing members with a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment. These terms define the rights and responsibilities of both members and Xabaje.

• These terms are published in Bengali, but in the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered final.
• Xabaje reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and members will be notified of any changes.
• By using this platform, you confirm that you will comply with all applicable local laws.

2 Account Registration

To register on Xabaje, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false details is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.
• The email address and mobile number provided at registration must be verified.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, contact Xabaje support immediately.
• Xabaje accounts may not be transferred or sold to any other person.

3 Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

Xabaje is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is completely prohibited, and any account found to belong to an underage user will be closed immediately.

• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Identity can be verified using a National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• A utility bill or bank statement may be required for address verification.
• Xabaje reserves the right to hold payments on accounts flagged as suspicious until verification is complete.

4 Deposit & Payment Policy

Deposits on Xabaje can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and other mobile banking methods. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum deposit limit depends on your account verification level.
• Deposited funds are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
• Xabaje does not charge any additional fees on deposits; however, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.
• Xabaje monitors all transactions to prevent money laundering. Suspicious transactions may be placed on hold during investigation.

5 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw from Xabaje, your account must be fully verified (KYC). Withdrawals will not be processed from unverified accounts.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 6 hours.
• Withdrawals of ৳50,000 or more may require additional verification.
• Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Xabaje reserves the right to suspend or cancel withdrawals if fraud or a breach of our rules is suspected.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Xabaje offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should read carefully before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only, one time. Claiming the welcome bonus through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the required wagering amount (typically 20x–30x).
• Time limit: Every bonus has an expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Xabaje reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Breaching bonus terms may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• While a bonus is active, your deposited funds and bonus balance are held together. Withdrawing before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus being forfeited.

7 Betting Rules

There are a few fundamental rules all members must follow when betting on Xabaje. These rules are in place to ensure a fair environment for everyone.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a technical error causes abnormal odds to be displayed, Xabaje reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If your internet connection drops during live betting, any confirmed bets will remain valid.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event (account syndication) is strictly prohibited.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information is a criminal offence.
• Xabaje retains final authority on all betting-related decisions.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Xabaje. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Opening an account using another person's identity.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Placing bets using software bots, automated scripts, or any other artificial means.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical bug or vulnerability on the platform.
• Using Xabaje for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other members.
• Attempting to damage the Xabaje brand or reputation.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Xabaje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without reason. Accounts are typically closed for the reasons outlined below.

• Evidence of rule violations or fraudulent activity.
• Providing false information during the verification process.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• Direction from a court or regulatory authority.

If there is a valid withdrawable balance at the time of account closure, Xabaje will endeavour to return it — unless forfeiture is required due to a rule violation.
